Metacognition: Thinking About Our Thoughts, An Important Look Inwards
A learning circle

Facilitated by
Hayden
Welcome!
Metacognition is the study of something we do all the time- thinking! In this class we'll work together to think about mindfullness, cognitive distortions, biases, memory, intrusive thoughts, and anything else that might interest you. The lesson plan is malleable so if there's something of particular interest to you we'll be sure to take the time to explore it.
The uses for metacognition are practically endless, as thought encompasses every aspect of our life. From learning, to improving, to happyness, are thoughts are the key to everything we often identify as important to us. Join me in this journey through psychology, mindfullness, and philosophy to explore ourselves in ways you might never have thought, and I am sure you'll come out with interesting thoughts and useful practices to take forwards.
