- Mini lessons on Italian topics selected by the group.
Course materials we'll use
The goal of this learning circle is to learn and advance our knowledge and capabilities in Italian language, culture and Italian conversation skills at the intermediate (B1-B2 CEFR) level within a facilitated 10-week learning circle environment that meets in person weekly.
Our sessions are 90-minues in duration and include conversation, facilitated activities and shared learning/insights around integrated themes and topics. Between sessions, participants are encouraged to practice in areas self-identified and journal in specific topic areas.
We routinely mix in activities or plan them together to keep the conversation engaging. Activities are very interactive and conversational. We try to immerse as much as possible in the language. We practice and apply the language through speaking, hearing, and writing while focused on topics of interest to the group.
