Welcome!

I am Purity Kavuri Mutuku working with the Kenya national Library Service, Nakuru branch. one of the objectives of Sustainable Development Goal no 10 is that By 2030, empower and promote the social, economic and political inclusion of all, irrespective of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic or other status.Therefore i have seen a need in the community to learn Sign Language to enhance communication with the deaf to help us achieve this objective.

Course materials we'll use

Teaches basic signs and hand parameters in American Sign Language (ASL). Practices visual comprehension, signing, and basic expressive and receptive skills.
