CLP Korean Class - Advanced Level
A learning circle
Hi there! My name is Andy Park, and I am one of the facilitators for the Korean class at the Carnegie Library. I am here to support you on your Korean language journey, and I am looking forward to helping you reach your language-learning goals!
Hello there! I am originally from South Korea and moved to San Francisco, CA in 2011. In 2018, I relocated to Pittsburgh, PA to pursue my Master's degree at Carnegie Mellon University. It was during this time that I began volunteering to teach Korean classes. In my spare time, I enjoy practicing yoga, bouldering, and blogging (https://blog.naver.com/data-scientist-luna).

Course materials we'll use
In our advanced-level Korean class, we will delve into the official textbook sanctioned by the Korean government for non-native Korean learners. Prior to enrolling, we expect you to possess a foundational grasp of conversational Korean. Throughout this course, we will explore intricate aspects of Korean grammar and expand your vocabulary, enabling you to engage in more sophisticated oral and written communication based on the topics covered in each lesson.
