Facilitated by
Geraldine
I am a former elementary school teacher and adjunct professor. Since retiring, creative expressions through art has become my life's passion. My art is focused on creating positive images and inspirational messages. I use my art to educate on culture and heritage, to provide art classes, and to encourage and uplift those in the teaching profession.
Welcome!
Are you stressed, anxious, in chronic pain? Need to relax? Then this 60-minute interactive workshop is for you. No art experience required. Just come and enjoy making art for fun with dry media and water color. Using a modified neuro art method, your facilitator will show you how to relax and lose yourself in your art making. You are invited to share your own art techniques for relaxation and wellness. We will learn together in a caring and sharing community environment. At the end of the workshop, you will complete several art pieces to cherish.
All materials are provided.
Course materials we'll use
In this fun workshop, we will use a variety of dry media and watercolor materials. We will also have opportunities to review related videos and books. Learners can also bring their own resources to share or to discuss.
